He quietly sits under a bridge next to a fire made of discarded pallets, fixing a vegetarian meal of cooked broccoli, onions and tomatoes that he will place inside a cooked bell pepper. He will then eat the skillet made dish as a CSX train roars by about 25 feet away.
When asked if he was able to stay warm the previous night that saw temperatures dip into the teens he responded, “I was pretty warm, but my feet were cold all night.”
