Riding a bike to work every night takes dedication. "I am about to hit two years, and I am excited," he told me with a smile. I could tell he was proud of his job. I asked, "How far do you ride to and from work each night?" He told me it takes him 20-minutes each way, round trip equals 40-minutes. "Have you got anyone at home, a wife or a girlfriend," I inquired? "No, but I am looking." I then told him he was doing a great job and that he should be proud as I patted him on the back and walked away. He then turned and headed into work to start his 10-hour shift. He told me he would be leaving at 6 A.M. As I got in the car he quietly said, "Thanks."
